Who operates the Iron Balls online store?
Iron Balls International is based in Hong Kong and sells directly to customers in the EU. EU orders are fulfilled from stock held in Spain.

Shipping & delivery
Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders for the EU and the UK are dispatched from Spain. Orders for Switzerland are fulfilled locally by our Swiss partner.
What are your shipping options?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email contact@ironballs.com with your order number so we can investigate.
